Foreverlearninginstitute.org (hereinafter “the Site” or “this Site”) is a property of Forever Learning Institute, Inc. (hereinafter "FLI", an Indiana based 501(c)3 non-profit. FLI provides educational, travel, and social programming for people aged 50+, as well as volunteer opportunities, which shall hereinafter be referred to as our "Services".

In consideration of your use of our Services, you agree to provide true, accurate and current information about yourself as prompted by the required registration forms. This Site is for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not, copy, download, retransmit, or reproduce the information on this Site for commercial purposes.

This Site may contain and reference trademarks, patents, trade secrets, technologies, products, processes or other proprietary rights of FLI. FLI will never sell, distribute, or transfer your private information outside our organization and it's affiliates.

We collect and utilize your information for internal purposes. Information we collect may include but is not limited to name, address, phone number, email address, emergency contact information, and payment information. 

Data Storage
When you interact with the Site, we will maintain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information, or up to the maximum length of time allowed by regulation, whichever is first. Should you wish for us to delete your information please send an email to [email protected] stating your wish to have your information removed from our systems.
