With the holidays here and New Years around the corner, we're reflecting on how thankful we are. Thankful for you being a part of this community. 2025 saw a 63% increase in our enrollment to a record 4,346 class seats, through over 320 classes. Thank you to our teachers, students, donors, and sponsors, and may 2026 be even brighter!
With Thanksgiving around the corner, we've been reflecting on how blessed we are. Not all families in Michiana are as fortunate. Consider helping by donating any amount you can to our food drive to support both St. Vincent De Paul and The Little Flower Food Pantries. The last day to donate is November 21st!
The FLI main campus on Ironwood will be closed during the week of Sept 22nd - 26th due to parking lot renovations. This effects both classes and office hours at our main campus but DOES NOT effect any off campus classes.
Tom Peterson, a recent addition to the Forever Learning Institute instructors, quickly captured the hearts and minds of his students. Drawing on a lifetime of experience in counseling, Tom combined deep compassion with a wealth of knowledge, encouraging students to explore themselves in ways they never imagined possible. His presence was both grounding and inspiring, and he will be remembered as a pillar of strength, wisdom, and understanding within our community.
Raymond J. Camosy, long time board member and lover of Forever Learning Institute, sadly passed away on July 31st, 2025. Ray served as Board President from 2020-2022, helping shepherd the organization through deeply challenging times. His leadership helped ensure the strength of the organization, and will always be remembered.
Marjorie A. Bowles will always be remembered for her radiant positivity and genuinely caring spirit. A longtime student at the Forever Learning Institute, Marjorie brought her uplifting energy into the classroom as an instructor during the Spring 2025 semester, where she taught The Power of Positivity. Her students deeply valued the wisdom she shared and the warmth she brought to every session. Her presence and impact made her one of our most memorable and beloved instructors.
