Cancellation Terms
The tour cost is refundable less the deposit amount when cancellations are made more than 90 days before departure. Without the optional Cancellation Fee Waiver, the flyer lists cancellation charges of the deposit amount at 91+ days, 20% of tour cost at 90–31 days, 30% at 30–15 days, 40% at 14–1 day, and 100% on the day of departure or for early departure. No refund is made for unused portions of the tour.
