Trip Representative:

When Forever Learning Institute (FLI) organizes a local trip or partners with a 3rd party travel organization for a tour, it shall provide an FLI Representative to travel with the group. The representative will ensure or enhance the quality of the tour experience for participants, as well as assist in navigating any unexpected or emergency situations which may arise. The representative will serve as the “Point of Contact” for the group with the tour operator and with Forever Learning Institute. The FLI

Representative may be a staff member, a Board member, or a volunteer.

Forever Learning Organized Trips:

Forever Learning may organize and operate local trips and tours from time to time. In the event a local trip is cancelled for any reason byForever Learning, a full refund will be issued to all travelers.

In the event a traveler makes a cancellation for a local trip through Forever Learning, if the cancellation is at least 30 calendar days prior to the trip date a full refund will be issued. If a trip is cancelled with less than 30 days, Forever Learning cannot guarantee a refund of any kind.

3rd Party Travel Partner Organized Trips:

From time to time, Forever Learning Institute may partner with a 3rd party travel program provider to offer its students, friends and

their families the opportunity for domestic or international travel together in a group setting. In these situations, Forever Learning Institute is not a tour operator, but rather acts as a facilitator with tour operators, with whom tour participants make arrangements for completing travel. All travelers agree to the terms and conditions of the travel company Forever Learning partners with. As such any cancellations or questions should be directed to our travel partner companies. Any refunds will be subject to and issued by our travel partner companies according to their terms and conditions.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly encourage the purchase of travel protection insurance.

Release and Hold Harmless:

All travelers agree to release, discharge and hold harmless and indemnify The Forever Learning Institute, Inc. (FLI) its agents, instructors, employees, or other entities acting on its behalf from all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action of any kind. Travelers waive all claims from personal injury or property damage arising from travel activities and accept, assume, and incur all responsibility for risk of injury from such activity.

Responsibility:

This tour is under the management of Signal Travel and Tours, Inc., Niles and St. Joseph. The management acts only as an agent for its clients and, therefore, accepts no responsibility in whole or part for missed planes, motor coach, loss, damage, or injury to person(s) or personal property. We do not anticipate any changes in the itinerary; however, we reserve the right to amend the package at any time if we feel it is in the best interest of our clients involved. This includes unforeseen delays due to traffic,

weather, etc. Signal Travel may substitute a smaller bus depending on the final numbers. Alcohol and/or smoking are not allowed on the coach. You may bring small coolers for drinks and snacks; however, no glass bottles are permitted.
